Dina Vinaigrette is made from a carefully selected extract of Chinese red rice and Ganoderma (fermented rice with red yeast). DXN rescued one of the last old Chinese vinegar factories, which still used the traditional technique and 700-year-old ceramic vessels to ferment rice into vinegar.
The mixture is fermented for 2 years to preserve its distinct taste and ensure the best quality produced. This very special class of vinegar is one of the four most famous high-end dishes in China today.
