Refunds & Cancellations Policy
If you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns are always made by telephone: +30 2105911119 (Monday to Friday 8.30 – 16.30) or by e-mail: sales@olonconceptstore.com
Return conditions:
- The product must not have been used.
- The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
- The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice) and be in the condition it was received, complete and undamaged, the special markings (labels) must not have been removed and its packaging must be the one that accompanied the product upon receipt
- The return should be made exclusively with the courier company we cooperate with
- For the return you are charged with shipping costs of €5.00.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return the product you purchased, exercising the right of withdrawal under the above conditions and to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the purchase receipt.
Your refund process will be completed no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the products and as long as they are in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal is not provided for purchases through the online store with a value of less than €30.00 (no. 3a par. 4 Law 2251/1994)
